I’m Katherine. I grew up in Indiana where my dad taught me to chop wood.
I now live in San Francisco. I like artichokes, palindromes, running in the Marin Headlands and reading to my daughter.
When I was little I would bump into things all the time because I was always looking up. I still do.
I believe that photos are tiny stories of a moment in time, that quirks in character are beautiful, and that drool and scabs are part of the story.
In years to come, when your children and grandchildren look at your family photos, I want them to see what life was like and feel how it felt to be there.
